"The Coral Reef"

This new beach house has 4 levels of living space.
The ground floor is a imported marble patio/pool deck with an out door kitchen, Very comfortable furniture including a table for games or lunch pool side.
The 1st floor has the entry veranda and a main entry hall giving access to the two master bedroom suites with rain head showers, the kids bedroom with private bath and whirlpool tub. The laundry is also located on this level.
The 2nd floor ia the Greatroom with cathedral ceiling and designer fan, the gourmet kitchen ready for the chef, a formal dining area, and a study that converts to the 4th bedroom with queen trundle bed and private bath.
The top level is a loft looking down on the dining and great rooms and out at the Ocean. It also has an observation deck with spectacular views!
The house is located accress the road from the State Nature Preserve and just down the sandy lane from the beach. Every rental includes the use of a golf cart anf a guest membership to the North Captiva Island Club and all its ammenties. 2 large heated pools, hot tub, tennis curts, bicycles, kayaks, pool bar, exercise room, playground...
