This barrier island town home is located between Clearwater Beach & St. Pete Beach. There are Gulf/pool views froet m both the master bedroom and living room balconies.

A beautiful, powder white beach and a pool are literally steps away from your front door. See amazing sunsets every night!

This fully furnished, 1500sq foot unit sleeps 6 comfortably and has 3 levels of living space plus a private garage and an outdoor parking space on the ground floor:

1st Level
Kitchen, dining & living rooms with a ½ bath, fireplace and a balcony

2nd Level
Master bedroom with a master bath, queen size bed and a balcony, a guest bedroom with 2 twin size beds, a full bath. There is also a full size washer/dryer on this level.

3rd Level
A loft bedroom with 2 single beds and skylights.

There are TV's with VCR's or DVD players in all bedrooms and the living room. There is also a stereo with cassette and CD players in the living room. There are wireless phones throughout the house.
