Your perfect vacation location is right here. This lovely condo features 2BDR 2BA split floor plan. The master bedroom features a private bathroom, queen size bed, and private sliding door out to the screened-in porch. It also features a television, phone, and lots of storage space with a closet and large dresser.

The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and a large dresser for storage, with the second bathroom right outside in the hall, with easy access from the living area as well.

The large kitchen is filled with all the luxuries of home. From the microwave to the electric griddle, you will have everything you need right at your fingertips.

You will love the large living area. There is plenty of room at the dinner table, which seats six. There is also a service bar with three stools, perfect for the kids.

As you span the room you reach the seating area. An oversized sleeper sofa, the recliner, or the rocker should provide the perfect spot for those relaxing moments indoors. There is a television, DVD, VCR, and radio for your entertainment.

From here you can step right out another sliding door onto the screened porch, which has a table and chairs to enjoy the ocean sounds. The 1st floor porch leads right to the swimming pool. Only a few steps away you will find the beach acess, which has a shower and hose for easy clean up.
