This beautiful 1,300 sq ft semi-bungalow located in Newark ravine is one of a kind location in the city. It is literally in the ravine overlooking the creek, surround by the forest with a paved path on the West side of the property and a dirt trail down the hill to the East. The house has hardwood floors throughout, large windows, a renovated bathroom and kitchen with new appliances.

The room for rent is on the main floor. It has oak hardwood floors and large windows providing plently of natural light. If required, the room can be furnished with a bed, dresser and desk. Parking is available and power to the stall can be arranged.

I have two very friendly Siberian Huskies, Tommy and Bully, who live outside year around but do come inside to visit.

And also if u need the 2 Puppy i can give u for free.
