We are renting our 3 Bedroom Ranch House for periods of 2 weeks or 1 month rentals in July and August of 2005. The rate is $1400 per week. We are offering a discount for 1 month rentals. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and only a five minute walk to a choice of three public beaches. The house is equipped with washer/dryer,cable tv and an outdoor shower. There is a spacious backyard with a patio and grill. The three bedroom sleeps six comfortably.

The house is close to shopping, restaurants and golf
