"The Driftwood"

Lovely contemporary cape built in 1998 has an open floor plan and nautical Cape style furnishings which give it the feel of a perfect Vineyard home. Enjoy the beautiful plantings from the deck or the large pebbled backyard where you might catch a glimpse of the visiting wildlife. Located in the West Chop area near Mink Meadows Golf Course, it's an easy walk to town, harbor, and beach. SORRY, NO SMOKING OR PETS.
The first floor features a master bedroom (queen bed), full bath, laundry, kitchen w/breakfast bar, dining area & living room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace. The second floor has two more bedrooms (2 twins & a bunkbed), another full bath, and a loft which can be used as a fourth bedroom (double pull out couch).
