"Quintessential Lambert's Cove Cape"

There's something special about being on an island...

You'll have a memorable and relaxing week at this charming and well-equipped vacation home. Leave your car in the driveway and walk to everything! It's a 5-minute walk to Lambert's Cove Beach, a resident's only private beach with miles of untouched sand dunes. Just down the road is West Tisbury Center and Alley's General Store (the oldest operating retail business on Martha's Vineyard, since 1858, check out the fresh-made salsa), and Seth's Pond (the Island's largest fresh water swimming pond) is your swimming destination on cooler days. The Lambert's Cove Inn is a few minutes walk in the other direction, where you can enjoy drinks on the terrace or a gourmet meal.

Each August, West Tisbury hosts an Agricultural Fair, now over a century old, and there are farmer's markets every Saturday and Wednesday at the Grange hall Grounds.

The Island is covered with bike paths, and from this central location it is a short bike ride to Edgartown Village, Oak Bluffs, or Vineyard Haven.

This spacious gambrel cape with a wrap around deck and outdoor shower is surrounded by a private acre of beech trees. As the new owners, we have redecorated the house throughout with fresh paint, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and custom Vermont and Maine handmade beds to complement the beautiful hardwood floors. Downstairs is a front-to-back fireplaced livingroom, full bath, large kitchen and eating area. Upstairs are 4 ample bedrooms and a second full bath, perfect for two families.
