"THE PRIDE at ORANGE TREE"

Welcome to "THE PRIDE" set amongst Orange Groves on the Prestigious development of Orange Tree on Hwy 27 just North of the US192.

Whilst staying at "THE PRIDE" you will have complete privacy as we have our villa fenced allowing you to swim,sunbathe & Dine al-fresco without being stared at. The villa is Fully Alarmed & Air-Conditioned throughout with smoke detectors in all rooms.We have Ceramic Tile throughout with the exception of the bedrooms these are carpeted.
LIVING AREAS
We have two Living areas the first overlooks the pool & has large comfortable sofas to sit & chill out on. This room also has a Queen sleeper sofa in it enabling the villa to sleep up to 12 people if required.The second room has patio doors leading out to the lanai it also has high cathedral ceilings & plenty of large leahter sofas to sit on. We have a 42"Plasma cable t.v with dvd/vcr a cd system & a playstation 2 with Games we also have a selection of books.
KITCHEN,LAUNDRY ROOM & DINING AREA
The Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed for your stay,fridge freezer,Microwave,Cooker & plenty more. The laundry room has a Washing machine Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board plus airer. we have a Breakfast bar & Dining area this leads out to the Lanai where you will find extra Dining Facilities.
BEDROOMS
We have five Bedrooms the first is the KING MASTER with en-suite this room has patio doors leading out to the pool a King Size Bed, Cable t.v with dvd/vcr, clock radio, walk-in wardrobes with an electronic safe for your valuables. the en-suite has a Large walk-in shower his n hers vanity units large garden tub & toilet.
Next is the QUEEN MASTER with en-suite this room also has access to the pool area with cable t.v, clock radio & fitted wardrobes. The en-suite has a Double shower cubicle vanity unit & toilet.
There are three further Bedrooms these are a DOUBLE BEDROOM with fitted wardrobes cable t.v & clock radio & two TWIN ROOMS with fitted wardrobes cable t.v & clcock radios.
POOL & LANAI
Outside you will find our South West Facing 28x16ft pool that can be heated upon request, it has a child safety fence around it to protect the little ones from getting in if you are not around. this can be removed if required. there is plenty of pool furniture for you to lounge on. We have a Barbque for you to use & a large Patio Dining table & Chairs for that al-fresco dining. Part of the Lanai is covered with cooling ceiling fans on it.The whole area is totally PRIVATE as we have had a privacy fence put up so ideal if you have children with you they can play out in the Backyard & not get out.
GAMES ROOM
We have an 8ft slate bed pool table an Electronic Double shoot the Hoop game & darts board plenty of fun for all ages.

All Linen & Towels are provided plus we have a telephone with FREE local calls & we provide FREE high Speed Broadband & Wireless Internet Access. There are two cots & two highchairs in case you have infants with you. Local friendly management company on hand 24/7 if you need them.
Our Villa "THE PRIDE" has been awarded with the American tourist Industries "AAA" rating equivalent to a Hotel 5*. The villa has been furnished throughout to a high standard & everything has been thought of to make your stay as Comfortable,enjoyable & Memorable as possible.
