"Beachy Keen"

Beachy Keen is a colorful, clean and conveniently located 2/2 condo in popular Barrier Dunes on Cape San Blas, Florida! We purchased this unit in Fall of 2006 and completely redid the furnishings as well as updated all the kitchen supplies and added features like free high-speed internet, dvd players, cordless phones, answering machine and much more! We also provide you with beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella and things like tennis rackets to use on the courts right outside your door!

The upstairs is a fabulous king master suite with his and hers vanities, garden tub, shower and full laundry room. Your private balcony overlooks the tennis courts and the interior pool beyond. The downstairs features a queen bedroom with a gulf-view balcony, a full bath, kitchen, living and dining area and large main deck with gas grill and backup propane tank. We also have dog and/or child gates on the main deck so you won't worry about anybody wandering away!

Just 150 steps from your front door you'll find the fabulous beaches of Cape San Blas and the Gulf of Mexico! Our beach is pet friendly as well, so you can bring your dog down for a day of sun and fun with you if you choose!
