Ideal for two-family or multi-generational vacations, the house has 2 master bedroom suites on main living floor with two-story great room with dining area, as well as kitchen, laundry, powder room. The third floor has 2 bedrooms with large shared bath and separate sitting area in the loft. A dramatic interior catwalk from the loft leads to a waterfront balcony. Eagle's View is decorated with local artists' work, decoys and nautical antiques. Ceiling fans throughout, central heat/air, outdoor shower, 4 TVs, 2 DVD/Video players, large collection of DVDs and Videos for guests' use, fully equipped kitchen.
