Our twin guest studios, Beach Rose and SeaWind are the perfect place for a Cape Cod vacation - located just 200 yards from the beautiful surf and white sand of Nauset Beach, with sunshine, cape winds and pine trees all around us.

At Holly Tree Cottages, we are close enough to hear ocean waves breaking on the shore in the quiet evening, and stroll down to the beach for a sunrise or early morning walk. Nauset Beach was voted Best Beach on the Lower Cape in the Best of Cape Cod in Cape Cod Life magazine. It has sparkling sand and water and wonderful waves for surfing, swimming and beachcombing. It's also a favorite place for surf casting for striped bass and bluefish.

Beach Rose and SeaWind are clean and inviting studio efficiencies; each has a kitchenette and eating nook, private bath with tub and shower, telephone, cable television/VCR, deck or patio, grill and outdoor furniture, electric heat, and private entrances and parking.
