"Baileys Beachhouse"

Bailey's Beachouse is fully equipped, and sleeps up to 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed - the livingroom has a pull out double sleep sofa. The kitchen and bathroom are modern with all necessities: microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, lobster pot, dishes, utensils, iron & board, shower, etc. The cottage has 2 private use decks with a picnic table, patio set, umbrella, and charcoal grill. There is also a common deck with views of P-town, Long Point Lighthouse, sand dunes & the private sandy beach. Other amenities include: telephone (local calls only), 2 color cable TVs, VCR, DVD, ceiling fan, parking for 2 cars & outdoor shower.

The cottage is biking distance to Provincetown shopping, galleries and restaurants. Convenient shuttle service to P-town & Herring Cove Beach (stops right in front of complex). Short drive to Highland Golf Course and Cape Cod Lighthouse, Truro Vineyards, National Seashore Beaches, Wellfleet Drive-In, Flea Market, and theater.

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Sorry, no pets.

2008 RATES:
Off Season - $500/wk
Mid Season - $850/wk
In-Season - $1225/wk

In order to reduce our cleaning costs and allow us to continue to offer reduced rates, a $100 refundable cleaning deposit is required. Our guests agree to clean the cottage before leaving it on Saturday. When the next guest indicates the cottage was left in satisfactory condition, the deposit will be mailed back within 1 week.

To reserve a week 50% deposit is required. Balance is due 30 days prior to rental period.
