"The Florida Villa"

If you are looking for something really special, our superb villa is just the place. Spacious and tastefully decorated with many extras.

Located in beautiful Sunridge Woods, close to Disney, Golf and the other attractions.

As you enter the villa, the first thing you notice is the quality. The large open plan layout is designed to create a family atmosphere. The office has a PC with internet and wifi for those with their own laptop.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will ever need.

A large lounge with comfortable sofas to watch the large screened TV with cable, VCR & DVD player.

The Games room will be a favorite with the young ones & dads with pool & football tables. There is also a treadmill, stepper, rowing machine and exercise bike for the fitness fanatics.

The Laundry has washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board.

All of the 6 bedrooms are spacious with ceiling fans and bedside lights. Linen is provided.

Three bathrooms each with its own hair dryer and towels (supplied).

The south facing pool deck has a large pool (30x16) with spa and a covered area for dining outdoors.

Superb landscaping with palm trees makes this a wonderful property.

The villa is non-smoking inside. No pets allowed.
