Sitting high on a rise on the bluffs of Baxter Road, this completely refurbished cottage will allow you to capture the essence of a Sconset summer. There are views of the sunrise over the water to the east, Sankaty light is just a short distance up the road, and the village of Sconset and its beach is right to the south.

The house, originally built in the 1970's was completely renovated over 2006-2007. The home now acoomdates six comfortably in three bedrooms. For outside space there is a circular terrace with a table and seating under a treee and a front porch with two wicker rockers.

The kitchen is new with granite counters. The whole house is refreshed or new, and awaits your family this vacation.
