Walk through the garden and up the stairs to our charming 2nd floor, one bedroom condo. The vaulted ceiling in the living room creates a lovely light space and the surrounding trees offer privacy to both the unit and to the deck. This is a relaxing space to enjoy your vacation within walking distance of everything in town.

Ideally located on a quiet residential street, yet it is only a 5 minute walk to the bay beach and Commercial street; only 15 minutes to Town Hall and the town center. Close by is the East End Gallery district and Fine Arts Work Center and the Provincetown Theater.

This unit has a ceiling fan in the living space and a fan in the bedroom. There is a queen sleep sofa in the living room, in addition to the queen bed in the spacious bedroom. Extras include a designated parking space, shared garden with BBQ grill and patio furniture. Your private deck on the second floor is not overlooked by anyone and the private entrance to this unit makes it feel like a single home rather than a condo.

Our guests have said this is a great place to stay and described it as their "tree retreat".
