The owner calls this house "a bit of SOHO on Nantucket." This former barn was entirely renovated iin 2008. Modern kitchen opens onto the yard with 2 sets of French Doors. Along with granite counters, the kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel Miele and Kitchenaid appliances. Artmeide lighting, sleek warm wood cabinets are a part of this gorgeous kitchen. The living room/dining room is furnished with travertine, leather couches, gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV. The bath is decorated with mirrored and travertine walls, pebbled floor and aesthetic fixtures and lighting.

Upstairs on the second floor, the sun filled master bedroom and its half bath are decorated in the same style as downstairs. The sleeping nook has colorful leather bed and a twin bed is hidden away behind short walls.
