The owner calls this house "a bit of SOHO on Nantucket." This former barn was entirely renovated iin 2008. Modern kitchen opens onto the yard with 2 sets of French Doors. Along with granite counters, the kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel Miele and Kitchenaid appliances. Artmeide lighting and sleek warm wood cabinets are a part of this gorgeous kitchen. The living room/dining room is furnished with travertine, leather couches, gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV. The shower bath is decorated with mirrored and travertine walls, pebbled floor and aesthetic fixtures and lighting.

Upstairs on the second floor, the sun filled master bedroom and its half bath are decorated in the same style as downstairs.

On the lower level, there is a sitting room with colorful leather couch,gas fireplace, cable TV and DVD; and a twin bed and a double bed are hidden away behind short walls. Beyond the beds there is a large shower bath decorated with subway tiles and an antique vanity, as well as a laundry closet. The house is also equipped with air conditioning.
