"Robin's Nest"

My lovely little 1 BR apt, Robin's Nest, has been the temporary home for many visitors in the past two years. Just a few short blocks from Central Park in Manhattan, Robin's Nest has everything that you need in an apt. to have a great visit to the Big Apple. The apt. is completely clean, totally furnished, including unltd. USA phone and a Macintosh computer (or bring your own laptop, - there's also wi-fi). Appliances are all less than 2 years old. There is a full sized bed in a truly separate bedroom (with not one, but two windows), and a sofabed in the living aea. A twin sized aerobed is also available.

The apt. is very close to two subway lines (no walking 1/4 of a mile to get to a train); 4 bus lines , and of course you can walk to Central Park.

No one lives here normally, so you don't have someone else's "stuff" to work or walk around. No clutter! The apt. is cleaned after EVERY GUEST.

The building is filled with interesting youngish people working in real estate, finance, Broadway, Retail, etc. Restaurants, wine stores, food stores, 4 banks, Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, hardware stores, library, post office, are all within a couple of blocks of the Apt. Safe, double doored entry. Phone intercom. back yard outdoor space for the entire building. A Laundry room is in the basement if you need to wash clothes during your stay.
