This cottage is located on the historic Old North Wharf in Nantucket Harbor right in the downtown. It comes with its very own boat slip that accepts a motor boat up to 32 feet long. It also has a yard and a parking space for one car.
One Floor: It has a studio setup with a living/dining area, kitchen and bath. There is a partial wall separating the twin bed sleeping area.
