This home offers a large living area with open floor plan. There is a large living room with a fire place and flat screen TV. There is another seating area with TV adjacent to the kitchen which opens to a 2nd story deck that overlooks open space with the Westmoor Club and spectacular sunsets beyond. Beyond the dining area is a full bathroom.

Upstairs on either end of the house are queen master bedroom suites with shower bathrooms, and one has a sitting area in the hall.

As this home is built into the side of a hill, there is a lower level, which opens in the back to the outdoors where there is an outdoor shower. There is another sitting room with TV and a convertible queen sofa. There is a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds that share a hall bathroom. Both bedrooms have full windows.
