"Belle's Gift"

4 Bedroom Main House, with 1+ bedroom guest house with attached Stable, on 3 mowed rolling acres bordering 300+ acre Squam Farm/Swamp conservation area, but only 5 minutes drive to surf and pond beaches at Quidnet. Also easy access to Polpis Harbor. Walk to the farm, through conservation trails. An easy drive over to the harbor , or to the beach. Good for large families with several generations. Guest house has small efficency kitchen and deck.

Main House :
1st floor - Entry with wood stove and dining area, Kitchen, step down living room with wood burning fireplace, Master Bedroom with queen bed, Twin Bedroom with two (2) extra long twin beds,bath with shower, terrace patio with outdoor furniture and gas grill.

2nd floor - Master Bedroom Suite with King Bed and southwest facing deck for witnessing famous Nantucket sunsets, twin bedroom with two (s) standard twin beds, and full bath with jacuzzi tub and shower.

Guest house with attached Stable -
1st floor - large sitting room with two sleep sofas, bedroom with queen bed, full bath, patio.
2nd floor - Kitchenette, with second floor deck, sitting area, built in double bed, full bath. 1300 sq.ft. of guest house space!
