All brand new, renovated one-bedroom cottage, shingled with white trim, this bayside gem is just a few yards from the beach, the Bay and the incredible views of Provincetown, the Monument and Long Point (the tip of the Cape). Walk out ¼ mile into the Bay at low tide on clean, smooth white sand, and perhaps on the way grab a beach chair (provided), beach towel and good book and disappear into the oasis of infinity for a few hours – that's what BeachPoint has to offer, like nowhere else in Provincetown!

This bright & airy, charming 2-person cottage has great windows for plenty of light and salty ocean breezes. The bedroom has a brand new double bed, with nightstand, tall dresser and ample closet space. The living room is furnished with Cable TV, brand new sofa, coffee table and stylized lighting. There is a boom box with stereo, CD and cassette player. The dining table folds down flat against the wall for more space when not in use. The new tile floors and throw rugs add cleanliness and quality to this already upscale cottage.

The full kitchen features a 4-burner gas stove and oven, full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware and cookware. There is a community picnic table on an enclosed porch for your privacy. There is also reserved, complimentary parking for one car, plus overflow parking for visitors. Dues to condo regulations, sorry but NO pets. Maid service provided at the end of your stay, so no heavy cleaning to worry about!
