CAPTIVA BREEZE ~ is our luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bath Old Florida style home with over 4000 sq ft of living area. It is a new home (built in 2003) and has a private pool and spa. Captiva Breeze is located on Wightman Lane, Captiva Island, a short stroll to either the beach of village. It offers granite kitchen counter tops, French doors, several porches, an elevator so it is wheelchair accessible, a Captains walk (roof sun deck) with views of the bay and Gulf of Mexico, HIGH SPEED CABLE INTERNET ACCESS and many extras. CAPTIVA CUTIE ~ is our private 3 bedroom, two bath deluxe cottage with a new private screened swimming pool and spa. It is located on Laika Lane, Captiva Island, a very short walk from Captiva's classic village - and a short stroll to Captiva's white sandy beach. It has 2 queen size beds, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa. After purchasing Captiva Cutie we remodeled and decorated the cottage keeping the charm of this special villa with our updates. Some special features include: fun tropical décor, Mexican ceramic tile, wall-to-wall carpeting, tropical private landscaping, new baths & kitchen, and HIGH SPEED CABLE INTERNET ACCESS.
