"Center of Town 2/2 Ground Floor Beautiful Condo"

This beautiful 2/2 is located in a central part of town. Easy access to food shopping, restaurants, movies, strip mall shopping, beach is only a 10 min. drive away, dog track is 30 min., casino is 30 min, fishing, nature walks close by, and lots more.

Inside the master bedroom has a king bed with a big walk-in closet, and the master bathroom has a shower stall. The guest room has 2 twin beds and the guest bath is a shower/tub combined. Two televisions, 1 VCR, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, stove, full size refrigerator and freezer. The lanai off of the living room looks out onto a pond/lake and wooded area, nice for bird watching, and quiet serenity. The one car garage has an electric door and a key pad for entry, you may also park another car in front of your garage.

The pool house has bathrooms, sitting areas and social activities to get involved in while you enjoy meeting you neighbors. Lap pool for swimming and lounging in.

State tax of 6% and Local tax of 3% will be added to the rental fee.
Home owners association non-refundable prior approval application fee $50.00 will be added.
Processing fee of $50.00 will be added to rental.
Cleaning fee of $100.00 to be paid by the renter for
check-out cleaning.
Electric paid up to $150.00 per month. Anything over $150.00 tenants responsibility to pay.
Security deposit of $500.00 held till check-out inspection and electric bill paid. Refundable if no damage is done to premisses.
CANCELLATION / REFUND OF DEPOSIT: All deposits are to be held in escrow by Complete Property Management Services, Inc. until check-in and shall be forfeited unless a written cancellation request is received by Complete Property Management a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to check-in or in the event that a written or oral cancellation is received in less than sixty (60) days prior to check-in and the reserved week/unit is rented to another tenant.
