"Luxury Home with Pool / Spa in a Gated Community"

This home offers a swimming pool 30 x 15 with a large spa, wonderful lanai furniture for lounging at pool side. Decor throughout the entire home is very up scale and elite. Home has wood flooring with carpeting in the bedrooms. King bed for the master, queen and two twin beds. Big screen TV and DVD Player, along with a surround sound system. Island kitchen with upgraded appliances and counter tops. Five televisions throughout the home, and 2 DVD, and 3 telephones. Two car garage and lots of room for extras. Home is located within the gated community of Pelican Marsh development between Immokalee Road and Vanderbult Beach Road on US 41 and Airport Pulling Road. From Ft. Myers airport it is approximately 30 minuets.

State tax of 6% and Local tax of 3% will be added to the rental fee.
Home owners association non-refundable prior approval application fee $150.00 will be added.
Cleaning fee of $200.00 to be paid by the renter for
check-out cleaing.
Processing fee of $50.00 will be added to rental.
Electric paid up to $150.00 per month. Anything over $150.00 tenants responsibility to pay.
Security deposit of $1500.00 held till check-out inspection and electric bill paid. Refundable if no damage is done to premisses.
CANCELLATION / REFUND OF DEPOSIT: All deposits are to be held in escrow by Complete Property Management Services, Inc. until check-in and shall be forfeited unless a written cancellation request is received by Complete Property Management a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to check-in or in the event that a written or oral cancellation is received in less than sixty (60) days prior to check-in and the reserved week/unit is rented to another tenant.
