This is my personal home so you will find it is kept in impeccable condition. Everything you'd want to see or do is within a short walk....the best beach in Key West; Duval Street with its award winning restaurants, creative art galleries; unique shops; lively bars and bawdy clubs. Mallory Square with its famous daily sunset celebrations is a short walk away also. If water sports are your thing, there is snorkeling, diving, sailing, fishing, and para-sailing in walking distance. My cottage has unmatched privacy with a full bedroom and bath upstairs and downstairs. There's a huge deck where you can relax, read or contemplate the meaning of life. This is no cookie cutter rental condo so I am confident you'll love both my home and my location in the Shipyard section of the Truman Annex.
