"Sconset Bluff House and Cottage"

This magnificent oceanfront property has never been rented before. This enchanting beach house, recently renovated and newly furnished for the 2005 season. Sitting high on a bluff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with separate 2 bedroom cottage commands unencumbered views. This home is beautifully furnished in shades of blue and white, and luxuriously appointed with European bed linens, down pillows and comforters, and designer fabrics, antiques and rugs.

Main House

Inviting living room with fireplace, vaulted ceilings and stunning ocean view. Dining room with ocean views and seating for six. Butler's pantry leads to eat in kitchen with all new appliances.

South wing: Very private air conditioned master bedroom with ocean views, vaulted ceiling, ample closets and storage and private en suite bathroom.

North wing: Two bedrooms, one ocean view with two twin beds (can be made up as a king) and one with 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Family room with vaulted ceilings, cable TV, VCR, DVD and lots of movies and games! Full laundry in basement.

Cottage

Adorable two bedroom cottage just steps from the main house with one queen bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds. Sitting room with TV/DVD. Bathroom with commode and sink. Outdoor shower. Small private office with separate entrance.

Nicely landscaped oceanfront property with private hedge and mature perennials. Front deck accessible from living room, kitchen and family room has teak outdoor furnishings. Back patio accessible from living room opens to large back yard with teak Steamer chairs and Adirondack chairs.
