Located in the middle Keys, Key Colony Beach is just 54 miles from Key West for a day or evening of fun and excitement. Situated next to Vaca Cut you have immediate access to both the Ocean and the Gulf if you plan on doing any boating. Great wood step down dock, fish cleaning station with running water, outside shower (feels great after a day out on the water), BBQ grill, relaxing hammock and much more.

The Florida Middle Keys offer so much recreation year round. Boating, fishing, snorkel and scuba diving, swimming, and of course just relaxing under a Palm tree.

The fully appointed kitchen has everything here for you to enjoy cooking and entertaining. The living room, all the bedrooms, upstairs patio and downstairs patio all have ceiling fans. Facing west, you will be treated each evening with spectacular sunsets.

Private Cabana Club with beach and Olympic size pool membership extended to our guests. Two bikes at the house for your use, restaurants, golf courses, parks, shopping all within walking distance in Key Colony Beach. City of Marathon with its shopping, restaurants, etc. close by.
