This 2-story townhome is located in the highly requested Sea Dunes Community directly on the quiet and safe non-driving side of New Smyrna Beach. It offers separate private access to upstairs and downstairs units both in the front overlooking the large pool and sun deck and in the back with themagnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The newly decorated spacious living room, dining area and eat-in kitchen upstairs are perfect for family gatherings. The open living area, featuring vaulted ceilings, includes cable TV, VCR, DVD, Bose Stereo as well as telephone and answering machine. Double sliding doors open to a large deck with BBQ grill and patio furniture where guests can enjoy beautiful views of the beach while relaxing or eating.
The upstairs master suite, with its beautiful view of the ocean, features a king size bed, a walk-in closet, cable TV, VCR and DVD, desk, telephone, ceiling fan and a full bath with tub/shower combination. The guest room has both a full and a twin bed, a walk-in closet, cable TV/VCR, ceiling fan and its own full bath.

The downstairs unit is ready for the guests to relax with its cable TV, VCR and DVD as well as a table that can seat up to 6 people. The open brightly decorated kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate your cooking, baking and serving needs. The large bedroom, with king size bed, also has cable TV and DVD, a desk and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has extra cabinet space and a shower/tub combination.

Directly outside the sliding doors is a covered porch and a grassy fenced in yard ideal for small children. At the back of the home is a private walkway to the safe non-driving beach. The upstairs kitchen overlooks the pool and sun deck. A short 2 minute walk will take you to the lighted tennis court. A one car garage, with electric door opener, will accomodate a small boat with plenty of storage area for beach toys and bicycles. Also, in the garage, are a full size washer and dryer for your complimentary unlimited use. There is ample parking at your door step and a major grocery store is a short 5 minute walk away.
