Our stunning home is now available for guests, situated in the desirable & highly sought after community of Rotonda West, on Florida's Gulf Coast.
Spectacular golf courses abound & miles of dazzling white beaches with turquoise seas are 10/15 minutes by car.

This is old world Florida at its best, discover the unspoiled charms of Boca Grande, Englewood, Manasota Key & Gasparilla Island. A host of wild life is waiting to be discovered from dolphins, pelicans, comorants, egrets, ibis to the odd alligator.

The rear garden & pool overlook a wooded preserve, which in turn backs onto a superb golf course thus ensuring seclusion & privacy at all times. With a southwesterly aspect you can enjoy poolside drinks & dine al frescoe as the sun sets.

Furnished with the most discerning traveller in mind & offering:

Our home is the ideal base for that relaxing beach holiday, yet is still within reach of the many attractions & places of interest that Florida has to offer.

A week or two or three here will leave you feeling RESTED & RESTORED, you will want to return time & again to this slow pace of life.

Electrically heated pool (recommended November - April).

Some added extras include beach chairs, beach towels, beach
umbrella, cool box, two bicycles (his & hers) & two helmets.

For the golfing enthusiast there are numerous courses in the area including five on Rotonda & these are The Links, The Hills & The Palms, forming the Rotonda Golf & Country Club. Long Marsh part of the Lemon Bay Golf Club & Pinemoor West Golf Club, newly opened in September 2004.

Weekly rental rates:

Bronze Season:May, Jun, Sept, Nov & Dec.........£550 or $870

Silver Season:Jan, Jul, Aug & Oct...............£575 or $925

Gold Season:Dec 15th-7th Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr.....£625 or $995

US $ rental rates subject to 11% Florida Sales Tax.
UK rates include taxes but are comparable but may vary slightly due to currency flucuations.

Booking deposit £150/$300 balance due eight weeks before reservation
starts.

Refundable security deposit £200/$350.

Pool heat if required at the nominal rate of £50 or $90 per week.

These rates are fully inclusive of electricity, water, cable TV, local telephone calls & pre-arrival & end of stay clean.
