"Villa Highgrove"

Nearly 1700 squarefeet newly built Villa furnished to highest standards in a new resort community, facing southwest and towards a conservation area. The gated community will have a club house and community pool.

Guests at High Grove will also be able to enjoy the facilities of the nearby Bahama Bay Resort which has a Carribean flair, access to a sandy beach, a fishing dock and a boat ramp plus four heated swimming pool, all with their own whirlpool spa.

Villa Highgrove is located along US 27. From Orlando International Airport, which is about 30 miles away take the North Exit, then Hwy 528 to the West (Beeline Expressway, toll) until you hit I-4, Drive south until the intersection with US 192 and go West until you hit US 27. Highgrove lies on US 27, just 300 metres north of the interchange.

DESCRIPTION

The villa is fully air conditioned.
4 bedrooms including two master suites and 3 bathrooms sleeping 8 in comfort.
The pool and spa are screened and can optionally be heated.
The house will be furnished to premium standards and equipped with 5 Sat-TV sets (more than 100 channels), Radio & stereo, Video - and DVD Player.
There is a full gourmet kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer combo and all other kitchen utensils.
A separate utility room contains washing machine and drier.
A fixed line phone is provided allowoing free local calls. Long distance calls can be made using a phone card. Free dial up Internet access on request.
Bedding, bedsheets and towels are provided and included in the price.
Disabled/Handicapped Access: the house has handicapped resp. wheelchair access to the ground floor. Removable ramps will be provided for all steps on ground floor.
