Come enjoy the very private setting amongst the beautifully landscaped grounds of Canopy Walk as you look out at the view from wall to wall windows in the Master Suite and Living Room to the Intracoastal Waterway. Screened Porch and Patio at your back door looks over the Intracoastal, bikepaths, boat slips and marina. Canopy Walk is just 6 miles south of Marineland, about 15 minutes south of St. Augustine, 30 minutes north of Daytona Beach, and less than 1.5 hours from Disney World.

Canopy Walk is a wonderful waterfront community located amidst miles of walkways that connect along the Intracoastal to enjoy bike-riding, rollerblading or taking a nice morning walk. There are additional walkways around several ponds with a community clubhouse with basketball court, sand volleyball court and an exercise room with many workout machines including the eliptical and many more. There is a full sized pool table and full kitchen and a nice porch with table seating looking out over the extra large pool, hot tub and kids water play area. There are 19 miles of sunny beaches in Flagler County for your enjoyment. swim, sunbathe, surf or just walk the beach. Staying in Canopy Walk gives you private access to the Intracoastal a few yards away from the amenities of our clubhouse.

There is a walkway along the intracoastal just steps off the patio that you enjoy or use to walk to The European Village Stores & Restaurants. European Village is a delicate blend of old world charm in a modern triangular shape surrounding the "Plaza of the Fountains". It is lined with street level boutiques and a variety of restaurants and cafes. Take a stroll for a morning cup of coffee or afternoon tea and enjoy the melodic synchronized fountains. The Village has movies and special events on three jumbo screens rising above the Plaza.
