If your looking for a highrise with elevators and a lobby, Stop! this isn't the place. We have a very clean 1st floor condo in a 4 family building on Indiana Rocks Beach. This is our 2nd home. The property has 4 buildings with a private pool that is right on the beach overlooking the gulf. Very private, very picturesque, mostly peaceful. Our condo is very bright and airy with lots of windows, white sea shell tile and hardwood flooring. Newly decorated with a new kitchen with everything you will need to make you at home. Although we are not beach front, we still have a very nice view of the gulf from our balcony, kitchen and living room. We have covered parking for 2 under our unit. We are located on Gulf Blvd. between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg. We are about 30 min. from Tampa International Airport and about 15 min. from St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport 1.5 hour drive from Disney. Also Busch Gardens is only a short drive away. We are close to about everything. A good place to R/R and spend quality time with your family.
