-We purchased this first floor condo in August 2003 and
completely remodeled the entire unit including new tile
floors,berber carpeting,new kitchen cabinetry,bathrooms
completely remodeled and all new lighting fixtures.
The newly textured walls have just been freshly painted and the
property is furnished with all new upscale furniture,beautiful
decor and brand new appliances.
We have designed this property with the look and feel
of a true vacation getaway and we keep that in mind when we
decorate.Our properties share NO reminders of any decor that is
common-place.It's Vacation Time!
Why be on your long awaited vacation and everything around you has
an "at home" or a lived in look...We provide ALL the necessities
that you would have at home but the condominium looks like what you
have expected ,a true Florida Vacation Paradise.
This unit is very light,bright and airy and every detail is designed
with beautiful colors,tropical designs and patterns.


We regularly maintain our units having the furniture steam
cleaned,dry clean/replace bedding and bath linenes.We are alwaya
adding amenities and decor.

We have just added a new TV and VCR to the guest bedroom.
We have also recently purchased a new tall patio set that
makes it easier to view the ocean from the balcony.



This condo has spectacular oceanviews.What makes Ormond-By-The-Sea
so popular among vacationer's is the fact that it offers a NO-DRIVE
beach and that makes it so much more enjoyable,peaceful and most
importantly,safe.Its rare to find a beach that is as clean,safe,much
less populated and semi-private as the beaches here in
Ormond By The Sea.

The Seabridge North Complex was built in 1994 ,which makes it one
of the newest buildings in Ormond-By-The-Sea and newer than the
Seabridge South.We were lucky to have found this beautiful
condominium being it is a first floor unit,additionally the balcony
is raised so it is not ground level on the ocean facing side of the
condominium.In comparison,our Seabridge North unit has been
completely upgraded and has nothing original since the unit was
built which is not often seen in rentals offered in the area.

The beach is a short walk across the street and there is a
private access-way,to the beach,that is offered exclusively to
guests and owners of the building.
There are no crowds on this extremely clean and pristine beach.

All of the furniture and decor,that we have purchased for this
property,were carefully chosen and nicley upscaled,not what you
would normally see in many rental properties or even most hotels.The
feel of this unit is very inviting with all of the comfort,you
deserve, for your long awaited vacation.

We provided everything that you might need,short of your personal
belongings.


Located in the immaculately maintained Seabridge North, with
assigned covered parking.There is additional parking approximately
15 feet from the front door of the unit.
It is also completely Wheel-Chair Accessible.
The building and the grounds are very well lit.

There are ocean views from the master suite,dining room,living room
and kitchen.
This unit offers 2 large bedrooms[1 is a master suite]with 2 baths
with central air and heat.

The building and grounds are quiet so if you are looking for a
vacation destination that is peaceful and private,this property
offers just that.

This is a NO PET and a NON-SMOKING unit.The Association does not
permit pets.
Smoking allowed on the balcony ONLY.

Please Note: Our condominium AND the Seabridge North Building are
equipped with sprinkler,alarm systems and smoke detectors and meet
all safety and fire code requirements of Volusia County.

Vacation Rental Amenities
-Living Room-is beautifully furnished with all new upscale furniture
which offers a large queen-size sleeper sofa,a comfortable
matching wicker rocking chair,matching end tables and wicker chest
as the coffee table.The sofa sleeper has an air pump that is
electrically operated that inflates the pillow top on the mattress
to your desired comfort level.It is small and easy to use,although
the sofa-bed can be slept upon without inflation as well.The armoire
houses the new 25" TV with remote and Cable.We have also provided a
new DVD.
Beautiful art,tapestries and florals compliment the
decor of the living room.


-Dining Room-brand new dining set that seats four[4] and also has an
additional table leaf,for more guests,that will seat six[6]
comfortably.

-The Kitchen-offers all new appliances including a side-by-side
refrigerator with ice and water dispenser,new dishwasher that has
all the bells and whistles,new smooth-top range with self-cleaning
oven with the additional features and a microwave mounted above the
range.The cabinetry and countertops are all brand new and the
kitchen is fully equipped with all new kitchen ware,glasses,pots and
pans,silverware and also small appliances.The dinnerware is service
for eight[8].
We have also added beautiful Plantation Blinds to the kitchen
window.
There is a washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen in a
separate area.

-Master Suite-is tastefully decorated in white wicker that includes
an armoire with a 25" TV with a remote and Cable,six[6]drawer
dresser two[2]nightstands and a matching mirror.There is a large
walk-in closet with shelving.The Master Suite is decorated with new
berber carpeting and has new textured walls that are freshly painted.
The queen-size bed is fitted with a beautiful comforter set and all
new linens as well.There is a new clock/radio that has the ocean
sounds and a cordless phone.
There is a full bath off the master suite that features a large
walk-in shower and all new linens,cabinetry,sink,lighting and tile
floor.
The accessories,that were added,are the finishing touches of the
master bath.

-Second Bedroom-features a queen-size bed,six[6]drawer dresser,
night- stand and a corner unit for seating or storage.The bedding
was carefully chosen to compliment the bedroom in color and
patterns.We have just added a new TV with Cable and VCR,with
remote.There is an extra-large walk-in closet as well.This bedroom
is next to the second bathroom that features a bath/shower and all
new linens,cabinetry,sink,countertop,tile floor,lighting and
accessories.

-The Balcony-The balcony faces the ocean and is accessed from the
living room with glass sliding doors.It is newly re-surfaced and
freshly painted.The balcony is complete with all new
outdoor seating.We have provided a tall table making it easier to
see over the railing and matching chairs.

-Beautiful Plantation Blinds on every window and sliding Plantation
Blinds on the glass dooors..

-POOL-there is a private pool only offered to guests and owners that
is wheel chair accessible.The pool is kept extremely clean and
crystal clear.There are lounge chairs provided at the pool and beach
towels that we provide,for you, as our guests.

-Beach Amenities-there are beach chairs,a beach blanket and a full
supply of beach towels.There are beach toys for the children as well.
The beach access across the street is for owners and guests of the
Seabridge North.

-Also offered,are brand new bed linens and towels.There is an extra
set[s] for each bedroom and sofa bed as well.Extra pillows and
blankets are provided.

-Telephone Service-There is unlimited local phone service.There are
cordless phones in the kitchen with an answering system and one in
the master suite.You must use a calling card or cell phone for long
distance.

-Additional Amenities-Also provided is an ironing board and iron as
well as a hairdryer.
For long term renters[as well as weekly rentals]water,electric and
Cable TV are all included as our guest.
There is a car washing area at the Seabridge North as well.


-Games-For rainy day entertainment we have provided UNO,Checkers and
playing cards.


-As our guests,just before the arrival date,we provide visitor
information such as:Dining,Attractions,Entertainment,Festivals &
Events,Recreation,Weather,Maps,Transportation,Specialty Shopping,
Night-Life and a Business Directory.



-We offer you every necessity with all of the luxury....
