This beautiful, new, 5-bedroom (includes loft), 3-bath cottage in Miramar Beach(Destin)is 30 yards from the Florida's Emerald Coast Beach. NO STREETS TO CROSS. Located on the cul-de-sac in Gulfside Cottages. Enjoy the convenience of walking to Silver Sands Mall (best outlet mall in Florida), grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, and banks.

A Paradise Hotel is decorated with charm. The main level has three bedrooms (two queen-size beds and one with two twin beds). The master bedroom has a private bath and there is a second bath for the other bedrooms. Each bedroom has TV/VCR. Plus additional two rollaway beds.

Second level has a beautiful view of the Gulf from the living/kitchen area. It includes the fourth bedroom with a daybed and a pull-out trundle with a private bath. Also off the fourth bedroom there is a beautiful porch to watch the sunset. Fully-equipped kitchen with open living/dining areas. Living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa, TV/DVD, games, books, etc. Laundry room, full-size washer and dryer.

Third level tower room has a awesome complete view of the Gulf complete with TV/VCR, Nintendo, and queen-size futon.

The cottage has a covered carport with storage, two porches, and outdoor shower. The Gulf Cottages has a beautiful pool steps away from the house. SPRINGBREAKERS POOL IS HEATED
