"EastWind Townhouse Villas"

We are a small privately owned complex directly across from the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. We're a few short steps from the beach with a private walk over for our neighbors and our guests. We have the laid back friendly atmosphere of a Bed & Breakfast but we let you cook your own meals or enjoy the wonderful variety of restaurants near by.
If you have to work while your here...There's a computer in each villa with digital high speed (DSLx3) Internet service on a private secured encrypted network. Families are comfortable here also...Just like moving your home to the beach.
We work hard to make our villas exceptional vacation rentals with attention to detail and comfort you rarely see in vacation accommodations at our affordable prices, or any other.

This villa (Quiet Retreat, Villa #3) is ground floor with a very spacious floor plan that has a stationary glass wall across the entire front plus door walls into the large private courtyard.
This is such a large 1 bedroom, 1 bath villa that we decided to get creative. We had custom made wood/wicker easy sliding walls made to go across the opening between the living area and dining area and also to slide across the opening over the bar area. This created a 2nd bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa. In the big empty space in the corner we added a set of full size bunk beds.
At night when the sliding walls are closed each end of the villa has a private entrance to the kitchen/dining/utility/bath area.
This villa has all the conveniences you might need. The fully equipped kitchen w/pantry has everything. If you decide to do some gourmet cooking or there's something special you need...Just ask, it's probably here. We live here hidden around back in case you need us for anything.
With 6 little houses under one roof there seems to be a need for just about everything...And we try to keep it around. You'll find books and games on the shelf in the laundry room, bikes in the garage, skim boards, beach chairs, beach towels, even a cart with big wheels so you don't have to carry everything to the beach, an Expresso maker, juice squeezer...

PETS WELCOME...Since all our villas are completely tiled and our furniture and furnishings are easy care, 2 pets of any size are welcome. There are a few insurance restrictions on breeds but not many.
Our large back courtyard is common ground. We put a retractable child security gate across the entrance so you can sit and relax under the shade trees while your pet explores the leaf-covered trails among the ferns and natural landscaping.

SMOKING is not allowed inside our villas but all our villas have either courtyards with covered areas or wrap balconies that are also covered. Plus we have a variety of outside seating areas around the property so there are lots of convenient outside areas to relax.

We want you to feel comfortable and "at home" while you're here. If you are looking for a nice quiet, comfortable place to spend some quality time or specifically looking for a "Pet Friendly" environment, you will always find our villas exceptionally clean. We pride ourselves in keeping our accommodations spotlessly clean and sanitary. You will always find fresh kitchens and bathrooms plus everything freshly laundered.
