Whether you head north or south, there is a mile or more of wonderful beach to walk, collect shells, or just enjoy dipping your feet in the warm waters of Palm Beach.

The condominium comes fully equipped with modern kitchen, cable television with VCR and high speed internet (wireless), and DVD player. The central A/C is humidity and temperature controlled. Additional touches are the terrazo tile and track lighting. There are remote control televisions in every room and plenty of closet space. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom. In the living room there is a cloth sofa and futon, single chair and entertainment center.The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, sink, microwave and convetional ovens and dishwasher.

The town of Palm Beach, a 14 mile island, is the seasonal home of America's wealthy (our equivalent of royalty) and so it's a beautiful city to visit. It features multimillion-dollar seaside mansions. It is also the site of the Flagler museum, the former home of one of South Florida's pioneers.

Renters have access to an outdoor pool, an assigned parking space, a laundry room, and the beach.

Due to condominium association restrictions, the apartment can only be rented for a minimum of 3 months. Rental is $2000 per month.
