"Soaring Eagle View"

Welcome to our luxury lakeside villa which is light, cheerful and modern with all the comfort and facilities you would expect to find from this high standard accomodation. The villa is situated on Eagle Pointe just off the highway 192, providing a central location to all Orlando's popular attractions, restaurants and shopping. Disney 10 minutes drive away.

The villa features a spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen, with formal dining at the dining table, a highchair is provided for younger guests. There is additional seating for two at the breakfast bar overlooking the main dining area. Through the kitchen is the seperate utility room housing washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and steam iron.

The comfortable family living area is a great place to watch cable tv, DVD, or listen to music. The PS2 may appeal to our younger guests. Looking out onto the pool and lake, this room caters for everybody.

Master bedrooms 1 and 2 are both large airy rooms with spacious en-suite facilities. Both rooms have cable tv. There is adequate space to accomodate an infant travel cot, which is provided. Master bedroom 2 overlooks the pool and lakeside views. There are two cheerful twin bedrooms, one being decorated with our younger guests in mind. A third bathroom is located between the two twin bedrooms. All bathrooms have a roman bath with shower over, handbasin, shaving point and mirror and WC. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine - a quiet retreat after a fun filled day out or the ideal location for a lazy day at the villa. Take a refreshing dip in your own private heated pool- the best way to appreciate the tranquil lakeside views and wildlife. The pooldeck area is fully furnished and screened and is accessed from the lounge and poolside master bedroom. All poolside doors are fitted with safety alarms for your peace of mind. A Barbecue and outside dining furniture are provided for al-fresco dining.
