Fixed week availability is RoyalSands Week 14 (April 8-15) and Royal Islander Week 15 (April 15-22) in 2006. No other times are available.

Luxury villas have a breathtaking view of the Caribbean beach. Within walking distance is a full-service marina, an 18-hole golf course, Mayan ruins and restaurants. Bicycles can be rented for a nominal fee. Snorkel gear, tennis courts and equipment, towel use, pool/beach toys, sports equipment and board games are complimentary for guests.
