"Ocean Village"

Welcome to Ocean Village located on Florida's Treasure Coast on South Hutchinson Island. Ocean Village is an impeccably landscaped, quiet and peaceful, 1,200 unit condo resort community. It is located on an unspoiled barrier reef called Hutchinson Island and gives Ocean Village visitors an
intimate connection with the sea and lends to the soft sub-tropical climate that makes year-round living a pleasure.

The entire Villa II Complex has been completely renovated and upgraded from the ground up. This includs new roofs, new stucco siding, walkways, windows, sliders, lighting and landscaping. All electrical and plumbing have been upgraded. Ocean Village is an all inclusive gated resort community located directly on the Ocean.

Our ground floor unit has been completely remodeled from top to bottom. Features include all new kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops, Porcelain tile floors throughout, new King size bed, new bathroom vanities with granite tops and walk-in tiled shower with sliding glass doors. The open floor plan includes all new furniture,a new sleeper sofa and new sliders to the no-see-um screened Lanai looking out to one of the picturesque lagoons. The unit is fully furnished with washer/dryer, all new appliances, new A/C and HW Heater. Everything is included to make your stay comfortable including linens, towels, iron, vacuum, etc. Two color TV's (with cable), phones in lving room and bedroom.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Situated just off I95 along Florida's coast Ocean Village is just a short drive to Disney World in Orlando (2-hours) and the Miami, Ft. Lauderdale or Palm Beach attractions. It is about 65 minutes north of West Palm Beach Airport, 1/2 hour north of Stuart, 15 minutes from Jenson Beach and 1/2 hour south of Vero Beach.

Activities and Attractions galore:

On site activities include the par-3 9 Hole Executive Golf Course (free in the off season -$3.fee and tee time in peak season). Free putting green, an Olympic size heated pool with Jacuzzi, exercise room with sauna, kiddy-pool, full service poolside Tiki Bar, and 3000 feet of Ocean Beach all at your disposal. Then there is "Kristi's On the Ocean", a 4-star restaurant with excellent food, a piano bar and dance floor all overlooking fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean. In addition you will be able to enjoy two additional heated swimming pools, 2 bocce courts, 10 tennis courts, 2 shuffleboard courts and more. Both tennis and golf pro shops are available for private or group lessons. Tennis and golf round robin tournaments are held throughout the winter months.

Endless attractions abound within a short driving distance:
Disneyworld is approximately 2 hours away. The Kennedy Space Center is 1 1/2 hours north and is well worth the ride.
If your a gambler try the Fort Pierce Jai Alai located on King's Highway, off-track betting as well. If your a baseball enthusiast, Ocean Village is only a 1/2 hour drive to Dodger Town in Vero Beach, or the NY Met's (St. Lucie West) Spring
Training Camps. Golf: Outside of our Executive Course and within a half hour drive golf entusiasts can access 20 championship public golf courses. Fishing - The Fort Pierce South Jetty, minutes away, boasts the best fishing in Florida. You can also catch Bluefish, Pompano, Whiting, and other species right on our beach in the winter months. Charter
service is available at the Marina. Shopping: 3 Major shopping Malls: (within 30 minutes driving) The Treasure Coast Square - Route 1 in Jenson Beach. The Indian River Mall - Route 60 in Vero Beach. The Prime Outlet Mall -Vero Beach exit off I-95 and Route 60.

Discovery and Education: Ocean Village is surrounded by many
preserve beaches and areas that will allow you to view Florida and its wildlife totally untouched by man. If you drive south on AIA, mile after mile, you will find the whole areas dotted with beach preserves and amazing nature trails on the Indian River that are free and open to the public.

The Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute, UDT Navy Seal Museum and the Manatee Observation Areas (all minutes away from Ocean Village) are facinating, inexpensive or free. Bathtub Beach/Reef - 25 minutes south - great snorkeling/swimming for
children. Horseback riding on the beach - Frederick Douglass Memorial park (3-4 miles south of Ocean Village) 1st, 2nd, and 4th Sunday of each month-$30.00.

Restaurants:

1- Kristi's on the Ocean - Elegant, gourmet food, happy hour, dancing
2- Rottie's 12 miles South on AIA in Jenson Beach - similar to Kristi's - has a huge outdoor casual Tiki Bar with great atmosphere at night. also right on the ocean.
3- Tiki Bar and Restaurant - More casual - Not too expensive Downtown at Marina. Two bars, everything to eat. Great Happy Hour. Seafood is scrumptious-you'll be surrounded on three sides by water, with gorgeous boats, music, very relaxing.
4- Archie - Just a little north on AIA on the island - Great
atmosophere, local favorite.
5- Goodfellows Pizze - Arrive early or order early. Great Italian cuisine. Terrific menu and take out - One of the most popular quick eats on the island.
6- Chuck's - Just before the S. beach causeway past Goodfellows. Great shrimp. On the water deck.

Shopping: Shop 'til you drop in Stuart, or take a short trip
downtown Ft. Pierce. Many unusual gift shops, art galleries, etc. Check out "Picture Perfect" Lots of "One of a Kind" sculptures, creations, paintings, decorations, something for all price ranges. Don't forget to visit the Farmers Market every Saturday at the Downtown Ft. Pierce Marina. Great variety of veggies, bakery items, gourmet coffee, seafood, etc.
