We have (2) two deluxe, 2br, 2ba, lr, dr, kit, hall, approx. 1366 sq. ft.plus water front balcony, Tower 3, 9th floor, floor plan "A" and Tower 1, 3rd Floor, Floor Plan "B". Plan "A has the larger living area on the Beach front, living room and dining room open onto the Beach Front balcony. Floor Plan "B" has a large master bedroom on the Beach Front, and living room on beach front, master br and living open onto beach front balcony. See the beautiful White Beach Sand and Emerald Water from the hall, kitchens, dining and living rooms. Kitchens, hall, dining, living rooms are all open area and the view in both condos is breath taking.

ATTENTION SNOW BIRDS: ONE OF THESE CONDOS IS AVAILABLE FOR WINTER MONTHS. MANY GUEST FROM THE COLD COUNTRY ENJOY EDGEWATER BEACH RESORT IN THE WINTER AND THEY MAKE CLOSE FRIENDS WHICH THEY LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING IN THIS BEACH RESORT EVERY WINTER.

BECAUSE OF OUR NEED TO UP DATE OUR WILLS AND SET UP A TRUST FUND FOR A FAMILY MEMBER WE ARE GOING TO SELL THE CONDOS. WE WILL CONTINUE TO RENT THESE CONDOS.
