"Mi Casa Del Mar"

These stunning units are in the newest condominium complex in the area! Mi Casa Del Mar is conveniently located on the Caribbean between (and with-in a 3 minute walking distance of both) Akumal Bay and Half Moon Bay. In addition to the 3BR penthouse, there are also 2 BR and 1 BR condos for rent.

The penthouse has an incredible terrace overlooking the Caribbean. The master bedroom looks out over the terrace and offers a large open bathroom and shower. Local artowrk and colors in the penthouse are festive. This unit offers all the ammenities needed. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the third has a palapa roof and jungle view patio.

There is a 5' deep infinity pool (shallower at one end), Direct TV(VCR capacity only-bring your own videos,not all units have TV, please request TV when making a reservation if other than the penthouse). All bedrooms offer air conditioning. Children are welcome! The units at Mi Casa Del Mar are pristine and spectacular. The views of the Caribbean are breath taking. This complex is very quiet, as many owners do not rent. Unit #A1 & B5 are 2BR's on the ground floor, near the pool, which make them perfect for families with small children. A5 is a 1 BR ground floor unit, but does not allow children, only infants. Unit #B7(on the second floor) & B5 are stunning 2BR (B7 = no TV), and unit #A3 is a fabulous 3BR penthouse unit on the 3rd floor. This penthouse has the largest terrace of any condo in the area, perfect for entertaining! The tile work in all the units is dramatic.

The entrance to the building is grand, and includes a built in fishtank, and a large freestanding bar with swings (again perfect for entertaining). The dark blue tile on the infinity pool blends right into the Caribbean beyond for a stunning appearance. Shallow areas are perfect for kids. A restroom for the pool is located in the grand entry, making bathroom breaks easy and quick.
