The property is located in a very quiet residential area, locally known as "Lake Ridge," near Federal Highway (US1) and Sunrise Blvd. It is only 1.5 miles to the beach, Wilton Manors or Downtown Fort Lauderdale, (Las Olas Blvd,) and less than 7 miles to the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Many great local restaurants and shops are within walking distance, as well as a huge new supermarket and 24 hour drug store.
