"Orchid House"

Our luxury villa is located on the new prestigious gated resort of Tuscan Hills. This resort is easily accessable from all major airport and highways and very close to all parks, restaraunts, shops and all other amenities.
Out luxury villa comprises of 5 bedrooms sleeping 12 people very comfortably. All bedrooms share ensuite facilities (4 bathrooms). We have our own fully screened pool with spa, large deck area (including child safety features), with all patio furniture/loungers etc. that you could require for relaxing by the pool in the florida sunshine (nothing can beat it)!!
The inside of our villa comprises of everything you would require for that perfect holiday/vacation. We have luxury upgraded furniture throughout and have tried to include all extras to help entertain you and your family in all your needs.
Lounge/Family Room
Leather furniture and a large screen television are the focal points of this area, especially chosen for comfort and relaxation after those days out. We have also supplied cable tv channels (lots to choose from) DVD player with selections of DVD's to watch and CD player for your music needs.
Dining Area
In the dining area there is a large 6 seater dining table (probably for the adults) and in the nook (opposite the dining area) there is another 4 seater table and chairs with a further 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
Kitchen Area
The fully fitted kitchen is equiped for all your needs. It has all modern appliances including large fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you would require including an ice maker.
Main Master Suite
The first of the Master Suites is luxuriously designed for comfort. With the upgraded furniture including a Kingsize bed, dresser with large mirror and bedside cabinets and over looks the pool area. you also have your own very large ensuite bathroom with large bath, shower area, 2 hand basins, seperate toilet room and lots of space. Between the Bedroom and Ensuite is your walk in wardrobe for all those special buys you have found.
Second Master Suite
Again with comfort in mind we have recreated the Main Master Suite in this bedroom as far as possible. Again with large wardrobe space and ensuite bathroom for all your needs.
Bedroom 3
Is a large double bedroom tastefully decorated and designed with ensuite facilities.
Bedrooms 4 & 5
Both of these rooms are designed the same with triple bunk beds in each room, to allow the younger members to have their own space. The 4th bathroom/ensuite is situated between both of these bedrooms with access from each room.
Utility Room
This area has all you need for your laundry requirements. Washing Machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Garage/Games Room
In the games room we have tried to think of your needs. We have pool table, air hockey, PS2 games console, comfy seating area with board games etc. for your rest and relaxation times.
Surround Area
We are in easy access to all places of interest i.e. Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and all other theme parks. We are situated not far from the junction of the I4 which gives you easy access to places such as Busch Gardens, Tampa, Clearwater Beach and Kennedy Space Centre to name but a few. We are located within minutes of 24 hour supermarkets, banks, petrol/gas stations, resaraunts and golf courses etc.
On our resort we will have amenities such as a gym, tots lot, tennis courts and volleyball courts. Everything is catered for, for every need. You will love it here!!
