"Sunset View Villa"

Sunset Ridge is located behind orange groves and away from the hustle and bustle of US27 but extremely convenient for shops, restaurants, golf and less than 15 minutes from Disney. Our villa looks onto part conservation area and part lake from the south facing pool deck.

The accommodation offered includes 2 king-sized master suites, 1 queen-sized bedroom and two twin bedded rooms all with pillow-top mattresses and cable tv.

The lounge provides comfortable seating, a 32" digital cable tv together with sound system incorporating CD/DVD and stereo FM tuner. A ceiling fan for added comfort is also provided in addition to air conditioning throughout the villa. There is a large table with seating for eight in the dining area and four bar stools at the breakfast bar. There is also ample seating around the large hexagon table on the pool deck under the shade of a parasol or for that intimate breakfast or nightcap around the bistro table on the lanai.
There is a study equipped with a pc with free broadband internet access and a queen size sofa bed which with the added privacy of drapes makes a sixth bedroom if required.
Along with the fully equipped kitchen, there is a laundry area in the double garage, providing you with all the modern amenities of home with the plushness of a top hotel.
