"Mermaid's Hideout"

Folklore has it that some sailors of the Caribbean mistook Manatee for Mermaid's. This beautiful bay front home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, newer kitchen, 2 family rooms. Because it is located so far from the main road, quiet seclusion is a given. Bay front with the most spectacular sunsets. Because it has one of the few sandy bay bottoms, water access is just steps from the house. Bring your boat, there is plenty of dockage. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground level and has a separate entrance from the main house. Who knows, after a relaxing Margarita, you might just see a Mermaid, too.
