"Lovely one bedroom beachfront condo in Indian Shores"

This is a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom beachfront condo, located in Indian Shores. This corner unit is beautifully decorated, very clean and well kept. Beautiful beach, heated pool, laundry room, elevator. Close to many fine restaurants, shopping, churches, tennis courts, golf, attractions. SunCoast beach trolley at door- will take you from Sand Key to St Pete Beach daily with unlimited stops for one price. A convenient drive to Florida's major attractions! Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World, etc.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and there are two queen pullout couches in the family room. In the family room we also have a 35 inch TV with DVD/VCR combo and stereo with CD player. The kitchen has brand new appliances including fridge, dishwasher, disposal, range and microwave. The bedroom has a small TV with VCR. There are also new patio furniture on the balcony.

Amenities: Tiles and carpets, beach toys, sand chairs, boggie boards, linens and towels, all kitchen utensils. No smoking or pets. 6 people max.
