It has central air conditioning and a two-car garage.

The Villa's interior is exquisitely furnished with all new designer furnishings. The floor plan consists of a sensational great room which includes a living room and dining area with large tiles, lanai overlooking the lake, ceiling fans in each bedroom and the lanai and plantation shutters throughout, providing a rich tropical atmosphere in each room!
