Cape San Blas, Florida is located in the Panhandle about 50 miles SE of Panama City--just East of Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe and West of St. George Island and Apalachicola! It is a 20 mile long peninsula, 1/2 of which is St. Joseph State Park! No highrises allowed, so the beaches are uncrowded and beautiful! Dr. Stephen Leatherman (Dr. Beach) voted the beaches #1 in the USA (including Hawaii) in 2002!
Barrier Dunes is a gated complex with 2 pools (1 is GULF FRONT), lighted tennis courts, fresh water fishing ponds, boardwalks throughout and pet stations! It is located just outside the gates to St. Joseph Peninsula St.Park--10 miles of Pristine beach & bay wilderness.
The Cape Escape I is 2BR/2BA--King,Queen Bedroom & Sleeper Sofa. Each Bedroom has cable TV & private porches. There is also a VCR in the Living Room & Master. 3rd large deck off LR area!
Both of our Barrier Dunes units have a fully stocked kitchen down to the dish soap & DW detergent and spices and a full laundry room! Owners provide many other EXTRA's, including beach chairs, cooler, boogie board, crab nets/buckets & a beach cart to carry it all--though it is less than 150 steps to sand! It is located 100 steps from the GULF FRONT POOL overlooking the #1 beach in the USA!
