Our luxurious, spacious and immaculately maintained 4 bed/3 bath executive villa, overlooks the golf course of Southern Dunes and is within easy walking distance of the Clubhouse restaurant and bar.
Less than 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, 15 minutes from the newly reopened Cypress Gardens and 45 minutes from Orlando International airport.
· 2 master bedrooms (queen) with en suite facilities and cable T.V.
· 2 twin-bedded rooms sharing a 3rd full bathroom.
· Very spacious lounge/dining room with, radio/CD/tape player, double sofa bed and PC with free internet connection.
· Family room with cable T.V., games machine, DVD player, board games and remote controlled ceiling fan. Sliding doors leading to the pool deck.
· Fully equipped kitchen.
· Laundry facilities in the double garage.

The villa is large enough to sleep 8 (10 if using the double sofa bed in the living room).
The private swimming pool is screened to keep out insects, but still allow the sun to shine on the pool all day.
Pool heating is available and is recommended for the winter months.
There is an extended sun deck with a newly installed hot tub. Cushioned patio furniture and sun loungers are provided.
All cutlery, crockery, bed linen, towels (including pool towels) are supplied.
