This beautiful penthouse rents from Dec 16 - Apr 30 for $2500/weekly or $430 daily or from May 1 - Dec 15 for $1900/weekly or $355/daily

The two story beautifully appointed three (3) bedroom, four (4) bath penthouse suite boasts a spacious 2700 sq. ft. of living space, spiral staircase, and two separate wrap around balconies overlooking the calming waters of the Intracoastal waterway from the 12th & 13th floors of this waterfront property.
The first floor of the penthouse suite has its own private in-room laundry facility with a stack unit washer and dryer, full size bathroom, kitchen with marble counter tops, bistro style 2 person table& counter bar, side by side fridge/ freezer with automatic ice and water dispenser, a four (4) burner stove-full size oven and microwave along with dual sided sink and dish washer. Feel at home with service for eight, pots and pans, baking necessities and all the little extras right down to the handheld mixer and carrot peeler.

Entertain family and friends in the open and spacious dining and living rooms areas. The dining area is well equipped with a formal dining table and chairs for six. The livingroom area is plush and comfortable with a pullout sleeper sofa, love seat and chair.
In addition you will find cable TV with premium movie channels , VCR (movie rental available on site), AM/FM stereo-CD- cassette player and much much more.

The bedrooms are located on the second floor,
The master bedroom has a king bed and a private luxurious bathroom with a full size Jacuzzi and access to the second floor balcony
The second bedroom has two (2) twin beds and a private full size bathroom
The third bedroom also has two (2) twin beds and a private full size bathroom.

The outdoor space is equally beautiful with a lovely bayfront pool with views of the water, heated pool and BBQ's on the pool deck.
